About JUAN

What is JUAN?

JUAN is a meme coin on the Solana blockchain with a total supply of 1. That's it. One whole coin split across 9 decimal places. JUAN was created to become the most expensive crypto asset ever, a narrative built on extreme scarcity and community energy.

The Narrative

In a world of trillion-supply tokens, JUAN goes the opposite direction. One supply. One narrative. One developer. One movement. The goal is simple: build a community-driven legend around the scarcest asset in crypto.

JUAN is more than a coin. It's a statement about value, scarcity, and what happens when a community rallies behind a single idea.

How to Buy

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Get a Solana wallet. Download Phantom or Solflare as a browser extension or mobile app. Create a new wallet and securely back up your seed phrase.
  2. Fund your wallet. Transfer SOL (Solana's native token) to your wallet from a centralized exchange like Coinbase, Binance, or Kraken. You'll need SOL to pay for the swap and transaction fees.
  3. Go to Jupiter. Visit Jupiter Swap, the main decentralized exchange aggregator on Solana.
  4. Connect your wallet. Click "Connect Wallet" in the top right and select your wallet provider (Phantom, Solflare, etc.).
  5. Swap for JUAN. Select SOL or USDC as the input token. JUAN should already be set as the output. Enter the amount you want to spend and click "Swap".
  6. Confirm the transaction. Your wallet will pop up asking you to approve the transaction. Review the details and confirm. Done, you now hold JUAN!

Tips

  • Keep some SOL in your wallet for future transaction fees (0.01 SOL is usually enough).
  • Since JUAN has only 1 token with 9 decimals, you'll be buying tiny fractions. This is normal.
  • Always double-check the contract address: JUAN69x...hLWwg

Tokenomics

Distribution Breakdown

Allocation % Purpose
JUAN DAO 14% Community governance treasury
Airdrop 20% Distributed to early supporters and active community members
Rewards 20% Incentives for extension usage, referrals, and engagement
Liquidity 18% DEX liquidity pools to ensure smooth trading
Dev / Acquisitions 8% Development costs, tooling, and strategic acquisitions

Vault Addresses

Liquidity (18%) DEX pools

Liquidity is deployed directly to DEX pools and is not held in token vaults.

Liquidity Strategy

JUAN's 18% liquidity allocation is deployed gradually over time, not all at once. This deliberate approach ensures organic price discovery and long-term market health.

Liquidity ▶ Time

Why Gradual Deployment

Dumping all liquidity into a pool on day one creates artificial price floors and ceilings. By deploying in stages, we let real supply and demand set the price. No training wheels, no manipulation.

No Presale

JUAN had no presale, no private rounds, and no insider pricing. Every token enters the market at the same open price. All price discovery happens on-chain, in public.

Phased Rollout

Liquidity from the 20% allocation is deployed in stages tied to real milestones:

  • Holder count thresholds: More holders means more organic demand to absorb new liquidity
  • Volume milestones: Liquidity scales with actual trading activity, not speculation
  • Community growth: Expansion follows genuine ecosystem adoption

Long-Term Focus

This is not a pump-and-dump strategy. Liquidity is deployed to support sustained, healthy growth over months and years, not short-term spikes. The goal is a deep, stable market that works for everyone.

Benefits

  • Reduces rug-pull risk: Gradual deployment means the team can't pull all liquidity overnight
  • Builds trust: Transparent, milestone-based deployment lets the community verify progress
  • Prevents whale manipulation: Thin early pools aren't flooded with liquidity that whales can exploit

Whether it's wallet management, DEX integration, on-chain alerts, or something entirely new, the community decides what gets built next.

Referral System

How It Works

Every signed-in JUAN user gets a unique referral link. When someone clicks your link and signs up for the extension, both you and the new user earn reward points.

Sharing Your Link

  • Open the JUAN extension and go to Settings
  • Find your referral link and copy it
  • Share it on social media, in group chats, or with friends

Your referral link looks like: juancoin.cash/r/your-code

Rewards

Referral points contribute to your overall reward balance. The more users you refer, the more you earn. Referral activity may also factor into airdrop eligibility.

Governance & Multi-Sig

Overview

JUAN treasury funds are secured by Squads Protocol V4, the leading multi-signature wallet protocol on Solana. Every vault requires multiple authorized signers to approve transactions before any funds can move, ensuring no single person has unilateral control over the treasury.

The governance interface is available at gov.juancoin.cash.

How Multi-Sig Works

Each tokenomics category (Airdrop, Rewards, Marketing, JUAN DAO, Dev/Acquisitions) is split across multiple vault accounts. Every vault is a Squads V4 multi-sig wallet with its own set of members and an approval threshold.

To move funds from any vault, a proposal must be created and approved by enough signers to meet the threshold. Only then can the transaction be executed on-chain.

Member Permissions

Vault members are assigned role-based permissions using a bitmask system:

Permission Description
Initiate Can create new proposals and transactions
Vote Can approve or reject active proposals
Execute Can execute transactions once the approval threshold is met

Members can hold any combination of these permissions. Adding or removing members requires a proposal that must itself be approved by existing signers.

Proposal Lifecycle

  1. Create: A member with Initiate permission proposes a transaction (e.g., token transfer, add member, change threshold).
  2. Vote: Members with Vote permission review the proposal and approve or reject it. Progress is tracked as approvals vs. the required threshold.
  3. Execute: Once enough approvals are reached, any member with Execute permission can finalize the transaction on-chain.

Proposals can have the following statuses:

Status Meaning
Active Open for voting by members
Approved Threshold met, ready to execute
Executed Transaction finalized on-chain
Rejected Proposal was rejected by members

Vault Structure

Each multi-sig wallet consists of:

  • Multisig PDA: The on-chain account that stores members, threshold, and proposal history
  • Vault PDA: The token-holding address derived from the multisig, which receives and holds SPL tokens

All vault PDAs are derived programmatically from the Squads V4 program. There are no hardcoded addresses. You can verify any vault's holdings directly on-chain or through the governance interface.

Token-Holder Governance (Realms)

Beyond the multi-sig vaults, JUAN integrates SPL Governance (Realms) for community-driven decision making. This allows any JUAN token holder to participate in governance by depositing tokens and voting on proposals.

How It Works

  • Deposit tokens: JUAN holders deposit tokens into the governance realm. Your voting weight is proportional to the amount of JUAN you deposit.
  • Create proposals: Anyone who meets the minimum token threshold can submit a proposal (text, treasury transfer, or configuration change).
  • Vote: Token holders vote Yes or No during the voting period. Votes are weighted by the number of deposited tokens.
  • Execute: If the approval threshold is met by the end of the voting period, the proposal can be executed on-chain.

Default Voting Parameters

Parameter Value
Approval threshold 60% of votes
Voting period 3 days
Hold-up time 1 day (delay before execution)
Min. tokens to propose Any holder (negligible minimum)
Early tipping Enabled (proposal can pass early if threshold is reached)

Proposal Lifecycle

Status Meaning
Draft Proposal created, not yet open for voting
Voting Open for token-weighted voting
Succeeded Voting passed, awaiting hold-up period
Defeated Did not reach the 60% approval threshold
Executing Hold-up period ended, transaction being processed
Completed Proposal executed successfully on-chain

Token holders can withdraw their deposited tokens at any time when they are not actively locked in an ongoing vote.

Transparency

Every proposal, vote, and execution is recorded on the Solana blockchain. Anyone can:

  • View all vault balances and transaction history on-chain
  • See which members approved or rejected each proposal
  • Verify the approval threshold was met before execution
  • Inspect vault addresses in the Tokenomics section above
